St. Elmo

Iconic South Congress is expanding south of highway 71 into a new development called St Elmo. This exciting urban community will have live music venues, an indoor-outdoor public market and a revitalized warehouse district containing restaurants, local businesses, breweries and distilleries. A boutique hotel, park space, residential and office buildings will revitalize the area and increase walkability and density. The Yard is a collaborative mix of retail and office space hosting local artists, creatives and entrepreneurs. The St Elmo district is Austin’s new music and creative burrow.
