This is the neighborhood I call home! Holly represents the 78702 zip code which is the closest you can live to downtown, but East of I-35. Homes in this neighborhood represent so many different types of Austinites. There are those who own homes here that have been in their family for generations, brand new homeowners living in a recently flipped white box fresh off the plane from California and others somewhere in the middle, living in their second or third home, moving up as steadily as their fin-tech salary. It’s someone of a milestone zip code if you ask me. Values consistently rise and the desirability is so high due to proximity to the lake, downtown, and alllllll the restaurants, bars and hot spots.
