Domain

The Domain is Austin’s Uptown, or second downtown, which sits just north of 183 and sandwiched between Mopac and I35. There is also a metro-rail stop that makes transportation from Leander to downtown and all the lovely areas in between easy and convenient. Something unique about this area is the highly concentrated variety of international cuisine and local business. With a growing number of tech companies, startups, and corporate headquarters nearby, residents benefit from a live-work-play lifestyle. The Domain offers diverse dining and entertainment experiences, vibrant nightlife, luxury retail stores and outdoor amenities. Most notably, the Q2 stadium, home of Austin FC, brings an electric energy and unique vibe to the area. While the Domain doesn’t yet have the price tag of downtown, it is doubling in size which will make it even more of a destination location. It is already the second largest employment district in Austin and home to some of the largest companies such as Apple, IBM, Amazon and Expedia. With a lot of room for growth, proximity to employment and mass transit, the Domain is a great place to live and invest.
