Rosedale

Hero image

Rosedale is a charming neighborhood with modest homes, well-kept parks and local businesses and restaurants. Residents can often be seen walking their dogs along the wide, shady streets. Highly rated schools and a strong sense of community make this an attractive neighborhood for families. Many of the original 1930s cottages retain their original facade but have been renovated on the inside. Even though these older homes are under 2,000 sq/ft and often lack storage space, the entry price point is over $500,000. Young professionals and retirees don’t mind the smaller homes because of its location not far from downtown, the University of Texas and local amenities like Shoal Creek and Burnet Rd. People move to Rosedale and very seldom leave. Check out the Grove At Shoal Creek community coming soon.
