Surrounding yourself with a reputable team is invaluable when navigating the real estate world- so choose your Realtor and lender carefully.
I recommend speaking with at least 2 different lenders to see which one you like best. Then fill out the loan application for one of those lenders. I highly recommend that you commit to one lender before submitting an offer on a home. A serious property search shouldn’t begin until the loan application is complete and you’ve received a pre-approval letter and a loan estimate.
