I had the opportunity to work with Chloe to find and purchase my very first home! I was very nervous and uneducated about the buying process when first meeting with Chloe. She did a fantastic job of educating me on the basics including the general market in Austin, how the job market affects housing prices, the types of individuals buying homes right now, and she even was able to share information like the different makeups of the foundation of the land in different areas of Travis County. After my initial meeting with Chloe, I walked away feeling confident that she understood my needs and more importantly, how to find me the perfect home in Austin.
Throughout the entire process, Chloe was extremely professional, knowledgeable and supportive. She is a hustler! Her appointments with me were always organized, on-time and productive. Chloe is great at providing her own personal opinion while backing it up with real data and insights from others in the industry. She made me feel confident every step of the way, even as a confused first time home buyer and went above and beyond every step fo the way.
I very much appreciated how EASY Chloe made the home buying process. It was almost scary how easy it was to find and close on my home. I would reccomend anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable, professional agent with a go-getter attitude, to consider working with Chloe.
