I have been representing landlords and renters since 2009 and have created a successful system of finding the best and most qualified tenants. I proactively solve problems before they happen by keeping all the moving parts organized and responsive communication. - Finding the tenant
- Marketing the property
- Coordinate appointments with the current occupant
- Tenant screening
- Lease agreement
- Collecting security deposit and first month’s rent
- Renewing leases
- Determine rental rate
- Recommend improvements to increase property value
- Education on market conditions
Outside my scope of services
- Handling or collecting rent (except for the first month’s rent)
- Repairs and maintenance
- Returning security deposits
- Walk-throughs before or after move-out
*If requested, I will assist in coordinating the move-out cleaning and make readies.
My fee is 80% of the first month’s rent. I have a property management team that will handle rent collection and maintenance throughout the lease. That fee is 7% of the monthly rental rate.
